Step

Step 1:

Take a piece of paper, we have used a A5 and folded that in half. If you want to add addition decoration to your Christmas Card you can use a bigger piece of paper like A4 folded in half.
Step

Step 2:

Take two long pipe cleaners of different colours. We have used light and dark green but you can use whatever colours you like. Twist the two pipe cleaners around one another.
Step

Step 3:

Take another long pipe cleaner - this will make the trunk of your Christmas Tree. Make a hook in one end that is the length you want for your trunk.
Step

Step 4:

Twist the rest of the pipe cleaner around the part that was bent to be a hook. Continue twisting until all of the pipe cleaner is twisted
Step

Step 5:

Connect the pipe cleaner tree trunk to the twisted green pipe cleaners by twisting the two together
Step

Step 6:

To begin making your christmas tree shape, make a bend the green pipe cleaners about 3 cm from the connection to the trunk and fold the green pipe cleaners back on them selves.
Step

Step 7:

Continue bending and folding the green pipe cleaners until you have a completed tree shape
Step

Step 8:

Take some craft glue and place it on the back of the Christmas Tree, glue your Christmas Tree to the paper card.
Step

Step 9:

Now you can adorn you Christmas tree with decorations. Use a little glue to attach a paper star and some sparkly pom poms and you all done! Don't forget to write a festive message inside.
