Twist and join the ends of two glitter pipe cleaners together.
Bend the pipe cleaners, forming a ring that will sit comfortably on top of your head and join at the ends. Trim off any excess.
Thread plastic beads onto a pipe cleaner (leave 2cm on each end bead-free). Bend the pipe cleaner evenly into a zig zag shape every 4 beads.
Repeat Step 3 for the remaining length of the pipe cleaner.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for 2-3 more pipe cleaners. The number of zig zag pieces will depend on the size of the ring created in Step 2.
Twist and join the ends of the zig zag pieces together. Trim off any excess.
Take one end of the zig zag piece and attach it to the ring made in Step 2.
Secure the lower points of the zig zag piece onto the ring by wrapping an additional length of pipe cleaner around each joint.
