If our product isn't exactly as we promised it to be, you can return it within 90 days of invoice for a no questions replacement or shop credit.
Our products are created by people who love what they do. We also take great care when processing and packing your order. If anything goes wrong, we’d like the opportunity to make it right for you.

Should you desire to return your purchase, please fill out an Online Return Form (pdf form can be downloaded via the link at the bottom of this page) and let us know if you would like a replacement or a voucher for shop credit.
Save all the boxes and packing material. You will need to send the products back in its original packaging together with a copy of the invoice. The cost of returning the products to us is your responsibility.

If you choose to receive a voucher, we will issue you a shop credit, which can be used at micador.com.au shop for 12 months.
