We pack and dispatch every order from our Melbourne warehouse within 48 hours. Most of our deliveries travel with Australia Post, and we'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

When your order arrives
A signature may be required, so pick an address where someone can accept delivery during business hours. If no one's home, you'll get a notification card or an email directing you to the nearest Australia Post outlet. Just take the card and some ID to collect your parcel.
