Step 1: Draw the space scene!
Using the Micador Metallic Oil Pastels create a space scene on an A4 sheet of paper. Once drawing is complete, attach the A4 sheet to cardboard for extra support. Ensure the cardboard is cut down to size.

Step 2: Fold together the bouncy astronaut limbs!
Rule and cut out 8 strips of paper, measuring at 2cm x 25cm each. Fold together one limb at a time using 2 strips of paper per limb. At a right-angle glue the ends of 2 strips together. Fold the lower piece over the upper piece, continue this pattern and ensure either end is secured with glue. Don’t forget to glue the hands and feet onto the end of each limb (you can utilise the hands and feet template provided).

Step 3: Create the astronaut's body!
Print and cut out an image of your face for the astronauts head. Using a white piece of paper, cut out an oval shape for your face to be placed in the centre, this will act as the astronaut’s helmet. For the body, cut out a large rectangular piece of paper measuring at 7cm x 24cm. Glue the shorter ends together to create a cylinder shape. Decorate the body with coloured pencils.

Step 4: Assemble the artwork!
Using PVA glue for extra strength, attach all of the astronaut parts onto the space scene! Your artwork is now ready to be displayed!
