It doesn't get much cuter than this Christmas Craft Elf!
Get your supplies!
You will need:
Foam Sheets
Colour Paper Sheets
Googly Eyes
Pipe Cleaners
Glitter pom pom
Glue
Micador Scissors
Black Marker Pen
Step 1: Trace and Cut!
Trace and cut these shapes out, using coloured craft foam or paper. You'll need a HAT, HEAD, BELT, BODY, BELT BUCKLE, BUTTON, NOSE and two EARS, HANDS, and ARMS.
Step 2: Glue!
Glue the EARS onto the back of the HEAD, then turn over the HEAD and glue the HAT to the front of it, just above the EARS. Make arms by glueing the HANDS and ARMS together. Assemble the torso by gluing the BELT and BELT BUCKLE to the body, as pictured. Cut off two strips of green pipe-cleaner for later.
Step 3: Assemble!
Time to make the Elf's head! Glue two googly eyes onto the FACE, then glue the NOSE between them and draw on a smile with a permanent pen.
Step 4: Glue!
Glue the HEAD and ARMS onto the BODY.
Step 5: Make the Scarf!
Now it's time to dress your elf! Let's start by making a SCARF! Twist one red and one blue pipe cleaner tightly around each other like so.
Step 6: Fold!
Fold the SCARF over, so it has one thick section and two wavy ends.
Step 7: Final Details!
Glue the scarf onto the Elf's neck, and finish his outfit by gluing on two BUTTONS, a pom pom for his hat, and give his sleeves and hat a green pipe cleaner trim. Now you can download the takeaway PDF below and have a go at making some more foam friends!
