You will need:

Optional: Frame
Step 1: Doodle
Using your black oil pastel scribble lines all over your paper. The crazier the better!
Step 2: Plan
Map out which colour should sit where. To do this add a dot or mark of colour in each shape. This will help you visualise your final artwork.
Step 3: Colour
Time to start colouring in! Use your oil pastels to colour in each shape until the paper is full of colour.
Step 4: Complete
Time to present your masterpiece. You may like to frame it or pop it on the fridge!
