Fun Paper Snake Craft idea that encourages imaginative play and motor skills.

Get your supplies!

You will need:

  • Snake PDF Template

  • M.SHIELD Colour Pencils

  • Micador jR. Drawing Paper

  • early stART Glue Stick

  • Micador jR. Safe Scissors

Step 1: Cut & Trace!

Cut out the pdf printable template provided. Then use the rectangular shape to trace 8 rectangles from the Micador jR Drawing Pad.

Step 2: Decorate & Fold!

Using the M.SHIELD Colour Pencils, decorate each rectangle with your pattern of choice, make sure they are super colourful! At a right-angle, glue the ends of 2 strips together. Fold the lower piece over the upper piece, continue this pattern and ensure either end is secured with glue.

Step 3: Assemble!

Once you have four folded pieces, attach them all together using glue, creating your snake's body.

Step 4: Don't forget the face!

Colour in the snake's face from the printable provided. Glue the face to the body and add some googly eyes for the final touch.
